With the 14th article of Law No. 7592, which was published in the Official Gazette dated 09.08.2026 and numbered 33335 and came into force, details regarding applications have been determined in accordance with the implementation principles of the Temporary Article 85 added to the Higher Education Law No. 2547.

 

Applications will be accepted online. Applications made in person or by mail will not be accepted. (Candidates who apply in person or by mail must reapply as specified in the extension below.)
