Our valuable students who have newly joined our family;
In the Spring semester of the 2024-2025 Academic Year, our students who have newly registered to our Institute will be able to learn their student numbers through the “Student Number Inquiry Service” (https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/ogrsis/no_query.aspx).
Weekly course schedules and other announcements will be published as announcements on our Institute's website. Therefore, it is important for our students to follow the announcements on our page.
What our newly registered students need to do:
1- Students who will log in to the Student Information System (ÖBS) for the first time can access the system using their e-government login information via the address https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/ogrenci/login.aspx.
2- Our students must log in to the Student Information System (ÖBS) and upload a passport photo to the system from the “User Operations>Photo Update” section. Student ID cards cannot be printed for students without a photo.
3- The course selections of our Non-Thesis Master's Students will be made by our Institute's Student Affairs Unit. Our students must log in to the "Student Information System" and check their courses.
4- The “Military Postponement” requests of all our male students whose registration procedures to our Institute have been completed will be forwarded to the branches they are affiliated with. Please check the results related to postponement procedures from your military branch or via e-government.
5- Students will be able to access their advisor information in the Student Information System under the “User Operations>General Operations” section.
