Attention to Students Who Have Not Reported Their Thesis Topic (Proposal)

Dear Students,

According to our Graduate Education, Teaching and Examination Regulations;

ARTICLE 14-(2) The thesis topic determined by the student together with their advisor is proposed to the institute with the decision of EABDAK/EASDAK by the end of the second semester at the latest.

(3) The thesis proposal is proposed to the institute with the approval of the advisor and the decision of EABDAK/EASDAK by the beginning of the following term after the student successfully completes their courses and seminar, and it is finalized with the approval of EYK.

ARTICLE 29-(1) The student who successfully completes the doctoral proficiency exam defends the thesis proposal, which includes the purpose, method, and work plan of the research to be conducted, orally before the thesis monitoring committee within six months at the latest. The student distributes the thesis proposal to the committee members at least fifteen days before the oral defense.
 

In accordance with these provisions, our students must submit their thesis topic determination/thesis proposal applications by completing the relevant forms to the Department of Science/Department of Art Chairmanships by Friday, September 13, 2024 at the latest.
